Abstract

This article aims to see the effectiveness of using digital handouts with the question student have strategy in online lectures in the introductory core physics course. The research method is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) design with one-group pretest posttest design assisted by e-learning with zoom cloud meeting and google meet applications. Varied learning can be done by providing varied teaching materials such as digital handouts that can be accessed easily without the internet, which is equipped with short videos to add explanations. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest through normalized gain by comparing learning outcomes before and after the use of digital handouts. The use of digital handouts in online lectures is quite effective with an N-Gain of 68%. The Question Stdent Have strategy can encourage students to learn independently as seen from the questions asked, knowledge, understanding, application, analysis and synthesis 5,4 %, 23.7%, 34.4%, 24.7% and 11.8% respectively.
