Abstract

The research conducted aims to describe the effectiveness of fluid physics learning devices based on wetland environments. This research is a research and development, in which the researcher has developed a learning device with valid and practical categories to further examine the effectiveness of the device that was developed after conducting a field trial. The research instrument used was a learning achievement test which was reviewed through the results of the pretest and posttest. Learning tools developed are assessed for their effectiveness through the results of student learning outcomes tests. The analysis showed that the effectiveness of the device obtained an n-gain score of 0.68 in the medium category, therefore it can be said that the device developed was effective for use. It was concluded that the fluid physics learning device based on the wetland environment was categorized as effective so that the device developed was feasible to be used in the learning process.
